13. What guarantees do I have with the program?
As soon as you download the product, review it. If you spot any mistakes, we will quickly correct them at no
additional cost. Otherwise, after sixty days we will not make any changes you request due to errors on our part.
14. How is my enterprise branded in a program?
Each Train in a Flash product has the enterprise brand displayed along the top left of each screen. As well, the voice over will use your enterprise name in the program. Click here to learn more.
15. What kind of local contact information do you accept to place in the program? The Train in a Flash sales representative will collect from you a department or person to use in the program (Different programs have different contact information. For example, the privacy breach has the Privacy Officer, other programs have security desk, help desk, etc.). As well we will also place in their local phone number, email and intranet web page.
